五、重建内容及规模

1、综合楼一幢，面积5500m²，全框架设计，八度抗震设防，单方造价按1500元∕m²测算，预计工程造价825万元。

2、学生宿舍楼一幢，面积2100 m²，全框架设计，八度抗震设防，单方造价按1500元∕m²测算，预计工程造价315万元。

3、新建运动场面积10000 m²，单方造价按250元∕m²测算，预计工程造价250万元。

4、添置仪器设备、图书资料469万元。其中：购置电脑150台，理化生音体美信息技术等17909台件套，课桌橙500套，图书50000册，宿舍用床1800套，办公设备60套。

5、附属设施200万元，用于道路、围墙、堡坎、绿化等的维修改造。

6、维修加固校舍15666 m²，所需资金223万元。

V. Reconstruction content and scale

i. We are planning to build a multifunction building with an area of 5500 m² and the whole-framed design. It will be designed to sand a 7-magnitude earthquake. The estimated building cost is about 1500 yuan per square metre. The cost of the whole project predicts to be about 8,250,000 yuan.

ii. we also have to build a dormitory building with an area of 2,100 m²  and the whole-framed design. It should be designed to stand a 7-magnitude earthquake. The estimated building cost is about 1500 yuan per square metre. The cost of the whole project predicts to be 3,150,000 yuan.

iii. We are going to build new sports ground with an area of 10000 m² , the construction cost is 250 yuan per square metre^. The cost of the whole project is predicted to be 2.5 million yuan.

iv. We need some instrument equipment, books and reference materials which cost 4.69 million yuan. Among them there are 150 computers, another 17909 pieces of equipment for physics, chemistry, math, biology, music and other subjects, 500 sets of desks and chairs, 50000 books, 1800 beds for students and 60 sets of office equipment.

v. We need 2 million yuan to repair the roads, walls, strongholds and other installations around the school.

vi. We will maintain and consolidate the school building, totally 15666 m², which needs 2.23million yuan.
