四、项目学校受灾情况

受汶川“5.12”特大地震的影响，学校设备、设施损失严重，形成危房12138平方米(其中D级8238平方米),直接经济损失达650万元。地震发生后，省、市、县建筑专家多次对我校进行房屋质量安全鉴定，认定教学楼和综合楼墙体有宽度达3cm的纵向裂缝，且无数横向贯通的裂缝，楼的结构已遭到严重破坏不能使用，应拆除重建，需立即设置警戒线，撤离人员，导致部分学生无上课教室，学校的图书室和阅览室等教辅用房严重缺乏。学生宿舍楼经鉴定有多处纵横交错的裂缝，整体结构被破坏，不能使用。学校立即将近300名住校生撤出宿舍楼，安置在救灾帐篷中，住宿条件十分艰苦。总之，由于教学楼和综合楼以及学生宿舍楼严重受损，不能使用，学校无法正常开展教育教学工作。

IV. Specific Situation after the earthquake

Affected by “Wenchuan Earthquake”, lots of instruments and equipment have been seriously damaged, leaving 12138 m²  of school buildings of potential danger, of which 8238 m² were destroyed, causing an economic loss of 13,770,000 yuan. Since the quake, the construction experts from the province, the city and the county have more than once appraised the quality of the school , firmly believing that the walls of the teaching building and the multifunction building have longitudinal cracks with a width of 3cm. There are lots of horizontal cracks. The structure of the building has been destroyed and cannot be used so that it must be removed and rebuilt. At the same time we must evacuate all the teachers and students as soon as possible and put up security lines. As a result , some of the students have no classrooms to study in and few libraries and reading rooms to read in. the dormitory building has been evaluated that there are many cracks in length and breath and that the  structure has been damaged and cannot be used. The school immediately helped about 300 boarding students to withdraw from the dormitory building and arranged them to live in the tents of disaster relief. The accommodation condition is quite rough. In all, because the teaching building, the multifunction building and the dormitory building have been seriously damaged and cannot be used, our school cannot carry out teaching and studying normally.
